Someone please tell me that's a photoshop!
 No wonder he's been wearing those surgical masks for the last few years. That's hideous! I wonder why he turned out to be such a freak of nature? Whatever he is now is not human and never will be! How is it that someone who was so famous, talented, and popular can be so unhappy with their appearance?
