Sons 02' Jetta...when you turn the key....clicking sound...battery is good...alt is bout 6 mo old...
What's procedure for pulling starter...

jack car up... locate starter usually a black cylinder with metallic cover on one side should have two bolts take them out slide it out put new one in connecting the external wire with the bolts and tighten back in
