sr20det running rough

this is what happened.. i was driving onto a bridge in 3rd gear not pushing too hard. I got to 3500 rpms and the car started to hesitate. Usually i let off the gas and when i get back on the gas it runs fine. I be able to boost no problem. This time i didn't let off the gas and kept pushing it then all of a sudden i lost power. barely made it home cause the it wouldn't rev past 2500 prm's. now the car is home and it idles rough. it won't rev past 2500 rpms and black smoke is coming out of y the exaust.

here the list of symptoms (or what i checked)

-black smoke and running rough ( sounds like i'm missing a cylinder)
-when idling i pull off the plug for the MAF sensor and black smoke goes away but still will not rev past 2500 rpms and idles rough
-new spark plugs
-the plug form the 3rd cylinder was a bit wet
-i changed the MAF sensor
-fuel filter is new
-vacumm lines are fine(not leaking)
-there spark in all 4 cylinders
-all injectors working

any idea's ? i think i'm gonna check the compression next

does anyone know what they should be
