Need window help!!!

This is probably a dumb question but my drivers side window goes up and down fine but i need to guide it with my hand everytime, or else it comes out like this / instead of straight, whats the problem and how do i fix it?

It's got a broken guide or one has popped out of it's track...have to take the interior panel off and see what you got happening...It'll be apparent what the problem is if you watch it work with the panel off..
