2005 Dodge Durango ODB II code retrieval?

I knew at one time how to retrieve the ODB codes via the odometer on my 2005 durango, but didn't write it down and now can't recall. Think it has something to do with the ignition switch and the trip reset knob, but can't come up with the correct combination...Any help??
