93 Del Sol Si?

I've been looking for a new ride to replace my 91 Accord and I just stubled acrossed a 93 Del Sol for sale in my area. The sign in the window says its got the 1.6l sohc motor, power everything, a/c, and 141k on the odometer. It also has a 5-speed and the factory alloy rims. The only thing wrong with the car is it has some moderate damage to the passenger side door and rear fender. Is this car an Si? I've been researching the Del Sol and this car seems to have all the same features as the Si's but i'm not sure. The guy wants 2400 skins for it. Sound fair? Or should i offer him less? I wanna have some cash left to get the body repaired but what i wanna know is is the car worth $2400?

si yes, worth no

It is an si, i have one just like it...personally, i wouldnt buy anything that has damage since you dont know what the cost of repairs is, for rear quarter panel repairs are almost impossible to get perfect unless you spend a lot, it just wont ever look the same. I got mine early this year for 6000 out the door with 90k miles from a nissan dealer. Hope this helps
