Somebody Help About To Junk This Car.

95 Jetta 2.0 Auto Brought In Because It Died On The Kid.will Only Crank Not Start.i Had Replaced Timing Months Before It Died.since It Died I Replaced Fuel Pump,spark Plugs & Wires,crank Sensor,engine Speed Sensor,starter,air Intake Temp Sensor And Still Wont Start.i Have More Spark Out Of #4 Cylinder Than The Rest But They All Spark.and Its Getting Fuel.plugs Had Fuel On Them Put Oil On Them To Make Sure The Compression Was Good.anybody Have Any Suggestions.i Need Help A.s.a.p

Try removing each plug, connecting it to the plug cable and grounding the base. See if you get a nice spark. If you've got that, then try starter spray. Make sure it's getting into the intake! If that gets it trying to kick over, then you've got a fuel problem. If you have a spark and the starter spray doesn't fire, then it's probably a timing issue. Test the broad areas first, then try to narrow it down.

did spark check OK getting plenty fuel,oiled cylinder walls to increase compression,starting fluid didnt help.any other suggestions please.even tryed to swap out ecm.

It sounds like it has to be the timing. Check your timing marks. Have you actually measured your compression? I would try spinning the engine for a bit with no plugs in it to remove the excess oil. I know a lot of people that put oil in the cylinders to boost compression if they are worried about the rings, but it makes it hard to start if you get too much in there.
If you have fuel and you have a spark, there should be fire. The only thing that I can think of is that the timing is off.
