2004 Pontiac Sunfire 2.2 Oil
Hey guys, got a buddy with a 2.2 changeing oil in it soon. He found 8 liters of Castrol TWS 10W60 in his house. The question I have is can he use it and how much his car needs, the owner manual says "to use specified oil". What kind of oil is it? I'm guessing conventional, can we still use 10W60 Synthetic or is that a bad idea?? any help would be awsome.

Re: 2004 Pontiac Sunfire 2.2 Oil
Castrol TWS 10W60 is specified by some BMW cars, but I would be hesitant to use that in a GM motor. I would tell him to get either 5W30 or 10W30 instead.
