will this sound good.
hi, since i decied to upgrade my speakers too i am thinking about this set up.
RE Audio xxx comps of front and eu700 for midbass in the rear. And i was told on RoE i don't really need the Eu700 for midbass and just use the XXX comps but if they are like anything that my current set up i don't get a lot of midbass. so do think that will sound alright with the XXX comps and the eu700 for midbass for the rear. |

Re: will this sound good.
midbass response has a lot to do with how the midrange/midbass speakers are enclosed.

Re: will this sound good.
also, the average midrange is like 5 1/4" and the average sub is like 12" ..... hard for a smallish midrange to compare output with a sub in the crossover range of like 50-75 Hz

hmmm ... I think 63 is between 50 and 75. And now the midrange has to pick up where the sub leaves off - with an 18 db/oct xover slope is probably around 75-80 Hz
