Angry b16 early rev limit help

sup all, i have an 87 crx si and just swaped a b16a2 into it with all the hasport goodies( mounts, wireing, axles,) bm fuel pres. reg., msd fuel pump, zdyne ecu, and port an polished head. when i first did the swap i would be able to rev to 8200 rpms an it was running pretty good. but recently as im reving to 7000 i feel a slight loss of power an then the rev limit kicks in. 1st gear usually goes to 8200 but 2nd cuts off at 7, wen i hit 3rd it seems like i hear my vtec kick on then off then on an tack out at 7000 rpms an running like shit.the car is always warmed up before i drive and the thing is that its moody, meaning it will only happen sometimes but its most of the time.i hav a good alternator, new starter, new distributor, new plugs and sparks. im running obd0 with cheap o2 sensor from autozone. what are some reasons i have this problem im stumped!!!!
