I don't see these names in this forum, but I believe they were made . . .

What about the DB7 (Volante?)

Or, how about the Aston Martin "Zagato" . . . (coupe/convertible, i think?)

Later . . .

Volante is Aston-speak for convertible.

The Zagato is one of their older, discontinued cars. I dont know much about it, but I assume it had the Aston V8. That engine now has twin blowers with 600hp!!!

The Zagato I'm assuming you're talking about was a rare car built in the 1980s and bodied by the Italian coachbuilder of the same name. It had a V8 engine since that was the only powerplant Aston Martin had at the time.

Zagato bodied a number of cars but the "Zagato" model you're referring to was not the prettiest and suffered from sad treatment Zagato (the coachbuilder) gave to so many of it's cars and concepts in the 1980s and 1990s. Ever see the Alfa Romeo SZ (also bodied by Zagato)? Or the Nissan that Zagato got their hands on around 1990? They were a long way from the designs of the 1960s.

Doesnt it have the wide, flat hood and small, wide, un-tall grille that looks like some kind of ant-eater??
