Angry not sure if im in the right place

But anyway, I have a phone called the gigabyte g-smart i120. I have owned this phone for about 5-6 months and now all of the sudden my phone brakes down. I have been extremly careful with it and was wondering if any of you would know anything about it. also this phone has windows mobile 5.0. The phone does however start up and it just gets stuck at the start up picture.
This phone must really be crap for a lot of

Hmm...that's not so good. Does your cell provider have a shopfront you can take it to for them to look at?

If you have a cable to connect it to your PC, I would download the relevant software from the Manufacturers website (if available) and try to flash it with the most recent version of Firmware available.

Failing that, try and find a copy of Windows Mobile 6 and upgrade it to that.

Do you have a backup of your Contacts? If not, put your SIM in another phone and check they're all stilll there. And don't leave the SIM in the phone while you flash it with new firmware.
