ok i have a 98 v tec 2 door accord.. i have replaced the battery and starter on the car. but yet i cant seem to get it to start.. when i turn the key i hear a clikcing noise coming from the engine. is there anything that i am missing. also my car also resets itself. once i turn off the car ill wait a few min. then i turn the key and everything resets exept for the miles on the engine.any help would me great.. thanks

Check your "grounds" i.e. engine grounding wire that goes from the chassis to the block and battery terminal to the chassis. I hope you cleaned your battery terminals before installing new battery. If nothing obviously missing, have a helper hold jumper cable directly from the battery to the block, making sure there is a good connection, while you try starting it again.
