Any know how to...
Is there anyone that knows how to make a cold air intake for a 2003 neon? I would really like the help on this one. Thanks.

yep, go to your local hardware store and look into schedule 80 PVC pipe. Measure what size you'll need on your throttle body and they'll have everything you'll need like the pipe, PVC glue, and bands to attach to your throttle body.
