hard starting

ok lets see....i replaced the plugs AC DELCO the wires and now the fuel filter.in the morning when i try to start the car ,it just cranks (10 seconds and nothing) tried it a second time and still nothing....waited a few seconds and it started right up.........does anyone have any ideas....just had the fuel rail replaced under the recall (about 5 months ago) about the same time all my problems began..125000 miles on this car 1996 sts seville....please advise...thanks.

Check the fuel pressure.

CODE 1350 - ignition control module,, engine misfire
CODE 1375 - ICM 24X Reference Voltage Too High

WHERE IS THIS PART AND WHAT DOES IT COST ?

...i dont have access to a fuel pressure tester at this time..

My 99 STS suffered the same fate. Cranked for 20 to 30 seconds till engine finally started. Problem was a leaking fuel injector. Once injectors replaced, engine starts fine.
