power window problems

I am having problems with my 1991 cutlass calais. The passenger side front window and driver side rear window will not roll down. I have replaced the breakers and they still do not work. The driver side and rear passenger side work but are very slow. Any ideas?

How old is the battery? If the turn signals blink slower than normal too, even during day time when head lights are off then the battery is weak. If the engine does not start at all some times when hot after running awaile specially in hot summer, the battery may be weak. If the battery is more than three to five years old, it is probably too old and weak. When starting, the hood of the car actually jumps up and down a little with a new battery on my old cutless ciera.
