Spark Plug Wire Problem
I changed my spark plug wires and some of my markings came off on 4 of the wires so I had to guess which one went where on the distributor. I know the firing order is 1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2 but i dont know what these numbers mean in relation ship to the plugs and on the distributor. if anyone has a diagram or like a map that would be great. It sounds like it is mis firing now.

not sure if you figured it out yet, but. the firing order is the order inwhich the cylinders fire . You need to find top dead center of cylinder# 1. what model, yr car is it.
