Question sway bar question

Some people say that its more effective to have a rear sway bar but not a front sway bar. Can someone explain why this is so?

Front wheel drive cars tend to lean more to oversteering because thats just their nature since the front wheels are the ones that spin. RWD cars lean toward Understeer since the rear end comes out easier since they are the drive wheels. By putting on a large rear anti-sway bar you make it easier for the FWD car to rotate its rear end which makes handling around corners much better and further prevents body roll. So small front bar, larger rear bar is the best set up. Sometimes people go no front bar at all.
