Talking 3rd Generation EVO's (lots of pics)

Hello to everyone!
This is my first post, but I'm watching this Forum for a long time and learnt a lot and got some nice inspirations. Now I finished something which ist worthful enough to show you. As the title said it, the complete 3rd Generation of Mitsubishis fabolous Evo (7, 8, 9). All Fujimi kits build almost oob. Quite simple kits, but they turned out real nice.

EVO7:

The EVO7 is improved with the rear- and headlight (+ clearparts) from the EVO9 kit. The paint ist Pearl Blue from Autoaircolors + 2 component clear, rims are 18 inch Meister S2 from Fujimi.

EVO8:

Autoaircolors Pearl Black and 18 inch OZ Superturismo.

EVO9:

Pearl Silver + a bit Pearl Blue and AVS Model 5 wheels.

Some pics are a bit grainy, because the makro function of my digicam is really bad.

Please feel free to leave some coments and critics!

cheers Sebastian

Nice collection of evos, i would lower them a tiny bit more. Other than that they are very cleanly built.

Re: 3rd Generation EVO's (lots of pics)

Is the rear wheel height of EVO VII slightly higher?

Just my comment.

But I loves all 3 cars.

Re: 3rd Generation EVO's (lots of pics)

Thanks for your nice comments

@KE70:
The rideheigt on all three is a bit higher. The diameter of the 18 inch wheels is bigger than the stock wheels. So the complete ride height was even more higher. I lowered everything, but left the rear a bit higher to make the frontend come down for a bit more agressive look.

Fitting the rear axle caused different problems, pretty strange for nearly the same kit. On one the wheels won't fit into the wheelarches. The other had a super strange rideheight and the last fitted perfect.

@tonioseven:
Thats my goal some day. Just need to find a 2 and 4 for my collection.

Nice try to get all the EVOs' 18" rims.

For Evo 4 there's still stock in japan. I'm lucky enough to get myself a kit.

For Evo 2 there's stock too but the price is sky high.
