paint chips around the hood

Anyone know what's the best way to cover up paint chips on the hood. It's really tiny spots beginning to rust. I'm thinking of sanding it down some and put some fillers and paint over it. Does Isuzu sell touch up paint. My rodeo is white, so will any white paint do for touch up in the automotive store.Any input would be greatly appreciated.

For the ones on the front I would clean them up, touch them up and then buy a bug deflector to hide them (or not).
