valve timing on a 95 3.2

well, my tbelt went, and the cams are completely out of whack. its all lined up and won't start, bad compression, so i have a feeling that this is gonna be a pita.
just wondering if you guys could give me a run through on how to get the cams set properly, i've got the valve covers off, so i'm ready to go.
any help= much appreciated.

maybe 10,000, when i pulled it back apart, the tensioner was toast and one of the idler pulleys would hardly spin, don't buy cheap ebay stuff.

There was only 10K on the tensioner and pulley?

yeah,i got that, i just need to know how to set the cams, they were spun adjacent of each other.
i know its totally wrong, its blowin little fireballs out of the throttle body.
am i basically just goin for closed at tdc on all cylinders, or is there more to it than that?

btw, the idler failing is what caused it,reused it cause it seemed ok. the belt and tensioner had 10k, but the tensioner was already leaking fluid.
