It's a muffler duh.
Its a knockoff mugen design...The twin loop is a more free flowing design for a muffler designed to be quiet compared to most.

well yea its a muffler lol, i was jus wondering about the loop
so its just there to be quieter, its pretty ugly to me i would never put that on my car
