Aoshima Nissan 350z

I am excited and upset at Aoshima's new Z33 kits. I should have used this kit to replicate my '06 Z33 but all i had at the time was the Tamiya version

Box art

Both kits are great, but RHD dashes only.
Side marker lamps are molded in, and the "Z": emblem is also molded in.
Decal sheet is identical for both.
Differences between the kits:
-Stock is molded in white, "Options" molded in Silverstone
-Options kit includes TE37 wheels, splash guards, larger exhaust tips, JDM steering wheel, and clear tail lights and front markers.

Beautiful stock '06 wheels

JDM steering wheel is awesome!

Splash guards(I'm going to try and use these on my Tamiya kit!)

'06 Headlights, faithfulyl reproduced:

LED tail-lights are impressive, JDM clear lenses and USDM red:

The body looks crisp, front and rear bumpers are separate peices, but what's cool is the separate hood! Ready for a VQ, RB, SR(gasp!) or VK swap.

options kit includes larger "nismo" style exhaust tips

Chassis is much more detailed than Tamiya's, yet rear suspension is still molded in. Exhaust system is separate, even has rear brace! Brembo style brakes are included.

I am going to build the "options" kit box stock, most likely in Pikes Peak white. Stay tuned!

Re: Aoshima Nissan 350z

Yes very impressive kit, I received mine a week ago, I feel that this kit is even better than Tamiya's kit, for the reasons mentioned above. Aoshima really has improved on the quality of their kits, even to match Tamiya's quality. I just hope that they realease a sponcered z33 next ex:HKS, SIGNAL AUTO, VEILSIDE, TOP SECRET etc.. Sorry for the outburst, just thinking out loud while typing, lol! But very very nice kit to say the least!

in white? sounds awsum!! black bonnet? personally i thinks it would look hot,i reckon an SR20 swap would be perfect, as there are a few around with SR20's now, but a VQ/VG engine swap would be effing awsum, ill be whatching this 1 like a hawk

Re: Aoshima Nissan 350z

Those kits looks great.
If I buy the Options kit, do I get the TE-37 and the stock Wheels, or only the TE-37?
Thanks!

Options kit only comes with TE37s, no stock wheels.
