I think they have 126 HP stock. I was wondering what engine can fit inside of the newer corollas? i think my engine has 45k miles (alot for a year old car). Also if not engine swapped how much of gains in HP will i get in a supercharger or turbo? i think superchargers are better, because no lag.

what engine are you thinking of? and why would you want to take out a perfectly good engine? Unless you want to spend thousands its not worth a engine swap.
From what I've heard superchargers can easily gain 30 HP and turbos 20 HP |

im pretty sure the corolla S has the same 180hp high revving motor as the toyota celica gts, could be xrs, not sure
