Question Is this a good combo/deal? Klight ballast+3000k HIDs for low beam.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/6000k...10839390QQrdZ1
Seems to have great feedback.
This will go into the oem H7 low beam projector of a 2007 base Impreza.
The kit does come with wiring harness and fuse. I know the bulbs might be cheap but I can replace that; It's the klight ballast that I hear are decent.

I've driven with halgoen 65w 3000k 9005s modded to fit in a 9006 housing in my accord which I later removed because some of the light emitted was in the high pattern. Even with that and the piss yellow color the cops here in NYC never bothered me.

Anyone have any experience with klight ballasts or piss yellow HIDs in low beams?
I've even seen two or three cars here in Brooklyn with the gay-ass pink color, I don't understand how they can get away with that.

Thanks.

P.S The headlamp looks very similar to the STI headlamp and I believe the STI comes stock with HIDs.
