13b engine swap?

I have a 96 protege and i was wondering if i could get a 13b dropped into it to replace the POS 1.5 i have in there now, i figured since it can fit in a ford festiva, it can definitely fit in mine, but i havent ever seen it done yet and was wondering if anyone knew anything about such a swap.

Yeah, rotaries fit just about anywhere due to their compact dimensions. It's hooking them up to some sort of drivetrain that gets difficult.
You have two paths to choose from:
1) Do you want to fabricate some sort of custom adapter to the Front-Wheel-Drive tranny?
2) Or are you thinking of completely gutting the car and putting in a custom Rear Wheel Drive tube-frame?
