1993 Elonex Legacy RAC 1/43rd

Firstly this car is not perfect; I know there are a number of incorrect issues but i've wanted one for so long that I am not bothered by the 'few' minor issues this build has.

Firstly the car build isn't mine - done by a mate here in Australia. I gave him the wrong info unfortunately so the car has the 1990/1 twin roof vents instead of the large 1992 styling which the real car ran. The base is a 1991 RAC legacy by racing43

The decals are done by a friend of mine; designed from scratch and then printed using a laser printer not an ALPS. They were actually very easy to work with making the finishing touches easier than using CB-Com decals or the like.

Basically the only input I had in this project was a) forking out the money for the build and decals (well worth it IMHO) and b) apply the decals to finish off the project.



Now my question is where are the other 1/24 Elonex legacies that were in the works but we never saw or heard more of?

That looks really good.I started to build one in 1/24th and got as far as doing the decals.But somehow I got side tracked on other projects so it got pushed aside for a while.I will return to it one day.

Looks great to me - though a few more photos would be nice. I'll have to trut you on the mistakes, as I can't pick them.

The work on the car shows your tru skills. This car from the large size photo looks like a 1/24 scale. Just look on the inside at the seat belts good work (1/43rd scale).
