Thats interesting. Are you sure? It should be located at the firewall left hand (driver's) side of engine bay.
Check your SPID label on the back of the trunk lid for which autotransaxle you have. It should be GM RPO code M15 which is a 4T65E.

I have found it, sorry. It was almost in the middle of engine next to firewall with black dipstick handle instead of red or yellow one. Thanks.
