Need Left Cyl. Head Bolt Sequence 3.2L
I need to know the head bolt tightening sequence on a 1998 Isuzu rodeo 3.2L V-6.
I have Mitchell Online, and it shows the right side head, but does not show the LEFT side head I need the head bolt tightening sequence diagram for the LEFT SIDE ENGINE HEAD...... PASSENGERS SIDE ENGINE HEAD AS SEEN FROM THE FRONT WHEN OPENING THE HOOD. Thank you all. |

Re: Need Left Cyl. Head Bolt Sequence 3.2L
When referring to the sides of a vehicle, it is ALWAYS from the drivers perspective. The passenger side is the right side, the drivers side is the left side. So, if that online manual says the torque sequence is for the right side, it would be for the passenger side head. Although, I'm pretty sure the heads are exactly the same and should use the same torque sequence. And, you are usually pretty safe, on almost any application, to start in the middle and work your way out.
