Angry 99 Yukon Will not stay running when cold

99 Yukon when cold, turns over and starts right away, then dies. It will run for a sec, but try and give gas or let it idle itself..... No luck. All of a sudden, whether 1 try or 100 tries starting, it stays running. The amount of tries vary and it only happens when cold. Once started, and warmed up, it doesnt happen again til next day. My wifes has an import and it did the same thing, due to a bad camshaft sensor. Also fuel pump is loud and high pitched, I am gonna check there. Dealership hasnt had any luck, but I wouldn't let them just swap parts unless they had more than just a guess, since I am footing the bill. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: 99 Yukon Will not stay running when cold

Just an update, it was a problem with the anti theft system, shutting down the vehicle. I know this problem is 3 years old, but hopefully someone else who is dealing with this can get something from my finding.
