ok so this is the first mitsu iv owned so i need sum help. i just bought the vr4 from a guy but there are a few problems with it. the car runs but since i like to get on it wen i drive i cant becuase it feels like its hitting the rev limiter at low rpms and starts to studder then pull back. the guy did upgrade the injectors to 750's and a different fuel pump...would that b caused to due to not being timed or tuned? sum1 please help me b4 i blow m motor before iv even owned the car for a week. I NEED HELP!

You are running crazy rich. The stock injectors are 360cc, who would put in 720ccs without any type of fuel controller. Stop driving the car NOW, swap in the old injectors. Change your oil, because that is probably half oil/half gas by now, and the likelihood of you spinning a bearing has probably doubled.
You can't toss huge fuel upgrades at a car and expect it to know what it's doing. Also make sure the boost isn't cranked way up..turn it down to 12psi for now, otherwise if the previous owner cranked it up, you may get high counts of knock the first time you boost back on stock fuel injectors. Fuel upgrades always need to be paired with an air/fuel controller and a tune to compensate for the extra fuel and tell the ecu what to do with it.
