Can anyone stear me in the right direction, My front end (sound like driver side ) is making a clunking/grinding noise intermitently but frequently . Wife said it sounded like something rolling around in the bed as well.

Almost sounds like a wheel bearing. Is it a 2x4 or 4x4? Do you have your own jack/jack stand? You could try jacking the wheel up on the control arm, putting it on a jackstand and trying to spin it yourself. Also try shaking the wheel from side to side as well as up and down. You may need some type of prying device for up and down play to check the ball joint.
