I haven't watched all of these 'parts' but i'm about to. Quality is terrible but you'll get the idea.

EDIT- just to update WITHOUT stealing more posts and whoring my thread

-watch the one with the Espace people carrier (not to be confused w/ the train crash) and watch the jousting of the TR7 and the Ford...hell watch ALL of them!!!--but those mentioned are my favorites.

I think its a few things. One its foreign so right off the bat it has a little different vibe. And then I think its the compatibility of the hosts. I think they compliment each other well. And then lastly I think they do fun challenges that are out side the box of average car shows.

Damn...Yeah, last night was senior bar night, where the entire senior class got to go to the bar, and from 10:30 to 12:00, all drinks for Seniors were free. Nice stuff. I had a freshman from the house come with me and keep tab of everything I had to drink so I would have a count in the morning, as well as a sobre driver. Damn...

The best part is going back to my posts and trying to decipher what I said. This had something to do with the Top Gear Winter Olympics special. And yeah, Top Gear rocks because its fun to watch, they have a sense of humor, and the hosts just really gel together well.

I love top gear but jermey kills me he gripes at to much stuff that most ppl take as part of the car. Like the lamborghini Countach the rear visibilty its a Mid engine car get over atleast its got more then a CCX or MC12 lol * i know when he did the overview they werent out yet* And the Z06 he loved it dont think he didn't but where it american he had to bash it later by saying steering on the wrong side, its to loud, Hey thats american buddy lol... Like i said i love the guy he is GREAT and does GREAT SKITS but as far as a over view of a car i would def take James or Richard..

Tell me about it. I think that is exactly what makes Top Gear my favorite television show. Did you see on the latest season where they tried to make a space shuttle out of a car. When they launched it it was going pretty good but the tanks wouldn't separate. The whole thing came crashing to the ground in a fantastic explosion.

Let me just say that these rockets were the real deal. I don't think this is something that could have been done in here in the U.S.

It was astonishing to say the least.

I love the fact that everything they do they actually do. A show like that would never fly in the united states. For instace mythbusters cant test some myths because of insurance reason. Over in europe apparently they can do whatever the hell they want! I mean the stig crashed a million dollar car and the show carried on like nothing happened accept an extreamly funny "Safety" episode.

GO TOP GEAR! And I am glad Richard Hammond pulled though. The show just wouldnt be the same without him.

yeah I'm really glad that hammond's drag race didn't get him into terminal trouble, he's got balls to do that in a rocketcar. The espace is so funny, because the sound is messed up too, so he says the back feels like it's about to come off, AFTER IT DOES, and it takes him a second to notice it...it's so funny, "it feels like it's made of fruit"

Don't get me started on the jousting one, that is just too much, when they collide for the last time "to the good knights I say good night" LOL
