Folks, I have 1 91 Olds Cutless Ciera with 3.3, auto, 250K, AC. The car runs great, starts fine, good performance. If I run it for 8 hours it will run problem free. However, if I turn it off, and try to restart it, it will, but it will run very rough, the check engine light comes on and it will stall. If I wait for about 2 hours or more, it will start fine, run great, and no Check Engine.
The codes I pulled today were 42 and 44. Appreciate the help. |

Re: 91 Olds runs great but don't turn it off
Have the ign. module tested for starters, it may pass though as your condition is heat related and the test may show good.
