1994 Rodeo LS 4WD Speedo Quit Working
My 1994 Rodeo speedometer quit working. I have tried the cruise control and it does not work either. I am in the process of ordering a new A/T vehicle speed sensor (VSS) from St. Charles Auto. I have read about a nylon drive gear that also goes bad in Rodeo's. Where is this gear located? The VSS on my Rodeo is threaded into a unit in the trans that is held in with a "Y" clamp and a 12 mm bolt which holds it in. Is it behind this unit?
