99 Montana - prob with power window
I have a 99 Montana - yesterday I rolled the passenger window down & now it will not go back up.
I went to the dealership & they wanted $350-400 to replace the window motor!!! YIKES! $206 for the motor & $135 labor!! Is there any way to manually get it to go back up until I can get some money together to get it fixed?? Also, my power door locks.....they lock but will not unlock. Both the driver & passenger sides. I can still use my keyless remote to unlock/lock the doors. We purchased the part @ the dealer & my husband replaced it, but it did not fix the problem. What now?? Is it bad wiring?? Thanks for any advice! Shelley |

Re: 99 Montana - prob with power window
Sounds like a wiring problem common with these models located in a cluster of wire underneath the carpet on the passsenger side. If the carpet gets wet they can corrode and give problems.
