2000 Concorde - Stalling Enginge

My engine stalls when I apply the brakes to slow down the car. When it stalls, I get the "Low Engine Oil" sign.

When I restart the car, it starts without any incident, but when I move it afterward, it jerks once and produces a buzz sound (like a "safety belt warning buzz sound").

I will be very grateful if someone could please tell me the cause and cure for this stalling problem.
