Car runs fine , if it is damp or humidity levels high or it rains out it wants to stall out or idle rough. usally dies or stalls out. it will start up again no problem but it will continue doing the same thing. if it is dry or cold out side the thing runs great.any suggestions?

If it has a distributor cap, i would check to make sure water isnt getting in there and messing up the spark. Same with the various electrical connectors under the hood, make sure water isnt getting in them somehow.

I would check the vacuum lines. If you have a hole or a cracked line, moisture could be getting into the system.

The coils on my 3.1 cavalier had a bad habit of failing. Only one would fail (2 cylinders) and make it run rough. You can take a volt meter and check to each of the coils. A Haynes book has the specs.

just my

it sounds like a secondary ignition problem, check wires, plus coils thing like that...
