Talking 85 bimmer project

Ok, so I just bought a new bmw (well new to me) It is a black 1985 325e.
It is my new project, I paid $350.00 for it & yes it runs.

Issues it has : (it would probly be easier to name off the issues it doesnt have)

A/c compressor not working (will be here in 7-10 days from bmrparts.com these guys are great they only charged me $100 for it and it has a 6 month warranty, I highly reccomend them)
A/c is R-12 but is now converted
Its rotors were terrible, but now it has new rotors, and pads, but for some reason its not getting fluid to the back brakes. lines are ok, cant find any leaks, but still no fluid to back brakes.
the engine is making a ticking sound, i tried adjusting the lifters, but it didnt seem to make a difference.
speedometer works every once in a while
power windows none of them work, but the moonroof does
tachometer and temp gauge do not light up at night
needs new front seats
car lacks power, i have driven it 74 mph and thats about top speed
i'm pretty sure i'll be replacing the motor
body is good
i'm posting this because i'm open to any advice if anyone has dealt with similiar issues or has parts for sale or whatever.
i'll keep this updated as far as what i fix.
