86 E250 Clubwagon Steering help

Hi All,
I have a question on the steering...86 E250 Clubwagon with a 460 C6, checked the steering, all ball joints, both king pins, seem to be tight. Even the rubber between the steering box and column looks to be in really good shape and condition as well. Also looks like the adjusting nut on the steering box is adjusted all the way out, and has never been adjusted.

When driving a straight line it feels like it wanders(no I dont drink), I just had tires put on, they are balanced, the wheel bearings seem to be ok also. There feels like there is a little bit of play in the steering wheel. What would cause the van to "wander", could it be the steering box, and can it be adjusted? If so, how do you adjust it?

Thanks for the help
