1991 240sx HUD problems?
i have a 1991 240sx se coupe and my digi speedo and my HUD dont work i was wondering why they dont work a mechanic guy said cause my speed sensor is done and i have a check engine and its cause the speed sensor...so if i get a new speed sensor will my HUD and digi speedo work again???help me out please

maybe? its all trial and error... try that, if it doesnt work, move on to something else. is the car lowered? if so, check for torn wires in the front drivers side fenders, the tire may have rubbed them

well then i doubt its that... but i had the same problem and someone said to check the wires in the wheel well and it was just that.. they were rubbing... but then again my coupe was on its nuts when i got it.

ummm i believe the speed sensor is on the transmission. wires in the wheel wells are your abs sensors.

when i bought my coupe the first thing that went out was the HUD. i went to nissan dealer order a new one was like 245$ and replaced it and it worked fine ever since.

no, on the INSIDE of the LF fender.. above the tire. how would the tire rub it if it was it in the engine bay lol
