is your car clean enough?

this guy, makes all of us on here, like total crap.

he is nutz. check this out. i dont believe this is a repost.

here is a new corsa vxr, being detailed by the crazy guy.

http://www.corsasport.co.uk/board/vi...=347865&page=1

and here is the vid of him on fifth gear

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vkli4...elated&search=

and if you think thats nutz, check out the price of the wax itself, that you can order online. thing is though, they will refill the wax for you, unlimited times.

http://zymol.com/shop/item.asp?PID=1378&scID=25

donations for me to buy the wax, canister is into different airtight containers, and ship all over af?

Re: is your car clean enough?

The man makes a good living just cleaning cars!
at 5K a wash he must be banking in.
One thing did get me though, for such a specialist did you notice he was wasing the car out in broad daylight? Your not supposed to wash in daylight, something about the water dropplets acting as magnefiers for sunlight which in turn burns the clear coat.....although I suppose the clay bar and wax would take care of that huh?

Re: is your car clean enough?

yea. a bunch of people were saying, he is washing the car in broad daylight...wtf? i've washed the car in shade and sunlight. it really diddnt make a difference from what i can tell, as long as you keep the car wet, and go into sections. just dont let it ever dry on its own basically.

I believe I heard the guy in the video say the wax lasts up to around 6 months... Now, that of course depends how often you drive, and where you do it, doesnt it?

Re: is your car clean enough?

I honestly don't think my car will ever stay clean for longer than an hour after I pull out of my drive way...
Don't ask, the roads that lead to the city are bad from my area, so I can't be the one to blame...

^If you end up getting a 330ci...DO NOT GET ORIENT METALIC BLUE. Its the color I have on my 325i, and it is the damned hardest color to keep clean. I used to wash my car twice a week, now I'm just like fuck it. Up here in MO, its damned near impossible to keep my car clean.

No, the color of the 330 I'm looking at right now is Silver, with silver interior... DAMN SEXY if you ask me!

80% chance I'm going to get THIS one, if not... I'll find others

EDIT: This is it...

Re: is your car clean enough?

The best part about it is that it's:

1. 5 speed manual
2. One owner
3. 74,000 total miles
4. Out of 74,000, around 70,000 highway miles (guy uses it for work mostly)
5. Bone Stock
6. Runs really well
7. Mint interior
8. He's asking around $17,000 for it

It's a deal I really would want to close, but I guess we'll see what happens...

Re: is your car clean enough?

man, thats not too bad. there is a 330xi around here that i test drove, was silver and black interior. about 45k miles, and was asking around 17k starting price. the car handled like a dream. kinda felt like i belonged in that car. seemed like my sentra very much to me, as in driving position, and viewing angles. but not speed wise.

but i'd rather just spend 17k on crazy upgrades onto the sentra and college. i think a suspention overhall is in order, as the rear's seem to start sagging if you know what i mean. its not really noticable, but to me it seems like it. i guess coilovers are on the list of things to replace before summer.

Ah, the AWD BMW just doesn't seem right to me, and it's a sedan.
It has real nice mileage on it, for that asking price.
But, there is also a deal I recently found around my area on a 2002 model 330Ci. It's in red, with black interior.
The guy wants $17,900, and the car has only 41,000 miles on it, but the catch is, it's been in a "minor" crash. Right, I just don't trust the guys word.

There is something about dark interiors I just don't like, it's way too dark and... sad (I couldn't word it any differently, sorry ). I like light interiors, you feel (or rather, I FEEL) way better sitting in some light leathers than black ones...
I dont know, just something I prefer. Not really an issue in any way, just some weird interior color fetish
