Suspension Noises on 06 CRD.

I have an 06 CRD liberty I bought bran new in August and it started making a strange suspension "punk" sound when you slowly go over bumps, or stopping or letting off the brakes. It only has 11k on it, but the dealership can't (or won't) figure it out... I've heard that it could be the sway bar or something o that effect, but i'm not sure... Any help would be much appreciated.
