ID a part please

All,

While I was replacing the thermostat in my formula I ran across an unknown wire that was not hooked up. It has a flat 25 fuse (blown). Was wondering if anyone would have even a close idea on what this is and where I should hook it up to. It was lying down in the battery area. It seems it should hook up somewhere around there since the tie wraps keep it that area. It goes off to the drivers side, parallel to the radiator and runs through the dash panel.

Re: ID a part please

At this point I would chase the other end of the wire down if possible.
