Question newbie please help

ok this might be a dumb question but i dont realy no a lot about cars......can a non turbo car have a BOV and what would it do??

It can have one, but it won't do anything. I assume you're looking to have that cool sound when you shift. Problem is you need a release of pressurized air to create that sound, and on a NA engine, there is none.
