01 WJ Elecrtical problem(s) advice

Three years, 2 questions...whew! I'm on a roll!

This is a newly acquired 01 WJ, and some problems have started surfacing. I'm 90% sure I know what the problem is, but I wanted some advice before tackling something I don't have to do. I checked the FSM, and that's where I got my conclusion from.

Some of the issue's I am having:
  • No heated seats, lights come on, but no heat.
  • Heated mirror on Driver's side looks "burned" around the edges. Brown fading to yellow in the center. Memory and adjustments from inside are fine.
  • No cruise control. Light comes on on the dash, but there is no control. When I put on my intake this week I'm gonna check to make sure the vacuum hose is attached.
  • Center console lights just stopped working last night. From the radio (which comes on, just no lights) all the way down to the PRNDL light including the XFer case light.
  • No AZC for the A/C. Now this could be the door problem, or my anticipated problem.
  • Last week the rear wiper would not return to the off position on the rear hatch back. I smoothed out the plastic thingys with some 600 grit sandpaper, and it works now, but this may or may not be related.
I have checked all the fuses and they are all good. I didn't check the relays, but I could not find anything that would control any of these issues.

If anyone has the same idea (or any idea for that matter) I'd like to hear it before I take it to the stealership for diagnostics.
