What is this blinking code mean?

My dad's Ranger has the same problem. That's a really freakin good question. What does that mean?

Code 19 means the crash sensor is full and needs to be replaced. On a ranger it is under the front console (on the floor) below the radio. It's about a $200 part & will reset itself once you replace it. (Please disconnect the battery if you are going to work on airbag systems)
