Part number for 2000 Olds Intrigue (TCC PWM solenoid)

Can anyone help me find the part # for a TCC PWM solenoid for my 2000 Oldsmobile Intrigue. I ordered part # 24202614 from gm parts direct but it is not the correct solenoid. I got this part # from the ALLDATADIY repair site for my vehicle. The Alldata shows a picture of the sensor but gm parts direct did not have an image of the switch when I ordered it. I'm thinking maybe ALLDATA gave me the wrong part number being that the switch I got from parts direct has that part # stamped on it

http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/x,ca...,parttype,8476

I can't get the pics to load from the more info button. I think the TCS39 part is the one you want.

A search brings up the separate link also from rockauto:

This old link has some part numbers in it:

Good luck!

You might also try calling/ stopping by your local GM dealer and head over to their parts department. They may or may not help you. But they should have diagrams of everything, with lets hope, up to date part #s, whether or not theyre willing to give you those numbers and let you walk out without ordering anything is another story.

AllData did not have the part number for the TCC-PWM solenoid -they call it 334. The TCS39 looks like the corect part (no picture for the AC/Delco one. The other one (I took it out, there were 3 parts) is not the correct part.

I have honestly never had a problem with my GM dealer in relation to parts. They are always very busy even with 3-4 people running the counter. It helps them tremendously when you know exactly what you want like saying "I need a TCC PWM solenoid for the 2000 Olds Intrigue." I would also print out the picture or bring in the old one to match it up -Always bring in the old part if you can, because it saves you that extra trips back and forth.

I like to always give any parts person crap and drop the part on the counter and say "I need one of these." The guy at the GM parts counter is about ~50 years old and will actually say "so you need a TCC PWM solenoid, what year and make?" They are pretty good and I'm assuming they just got sick of working on cars for a bit thinking that the service counter would be less of a headache and easier on the body (it's not).

Napa is usually pretty fair also. The other parts places it depends -most of them are pretty young and inexperienced. I am a big fan of Napa and also GM for parts. RockAuto I have used a bit and never had much of a problem. Ordered 1 part from GMpartsdirect. I really prefer to buy the part locally if possible. With RockAuto I was buying $100s in parts at a time so it was actually quite a bit cheaper than Napa (30-50% typically).
