Question 04 seat track assembly interchange with a 99

New to this site our power seat has failed on the 99 continental . I need to know if a 2004 continental power seat track assembly can be used as a replacement for the power seat track assembly on a 1999 continental .
The part # for the 2004 is 5W1Z- 5461711- AB if you know of a place I can go to look up the parts interchange please give me a web site link .

Thanks for any help

Why are you using a 2004 rather than a 1999 ?

I don't know of any cross-reference parts listings for these cars. You could try an online parts house and see if you get the same part number on different years.

<afterthought> I'll be a dealership parts guy would be able to tell you over the phone.

I have heard of late 90's seats going into early 90's Town Cars, but that's a different subject.

I know a guy who has a brand new power seat track assembly for 100.00 just
dont want too wast money on a part that will not work . So if its the same thing I save a 200.00 or so .
