Product review: tires Dayton ZR 215/50/R17

Well, i've given them a good run. They've still got some life on them on them and i must say that i am thoroughly pleased. I had them installed Last January and through all of the rain and everything through the summer i never had a problem with traction beyond the usual wet-dry differences. However when it was dry, i had difficulty getting these tires to roast when the temperatures were above 60 degrees. These things would grip accelerating, stopping and turning no problems.

My only gripe is the tires do not perform well at anything below 60 degrees and become worse than stock. Not that i didnt' expect it because they were only supposed to be used as summer tires. Therefore my only grip is null and void. These tires also might I add are HORRIBLE in the snow, there is no traction and it should never be expected in the snow with these tires.

The tread pattern is aggressive and they have a rim guard to protect your wheels from curb rash. I might also add road noise isn't noticeable.

I'm thoroughly satisfied and will purchase again when i have dedicated summer wheels.

where did you get them and what did you pay (if you remember). I still think I am going to get either Eagle F1's or BFG KDW2 when I get my rims this summer.

dayam thats cheap...i paid 370 for 2 Yokohama AvidS4 all season tires (which rock in the snow if anyone wants to know). My Fuzion ZRI summer tires are pretty good and were like 140 a piece I think.
